Prescott Valley Apartments Framing Up

The newest Prescott Valley apartments began framing in mid-July. What many thought was going to be a stand-alone garage adjacent the Findlay Toyota Center is actually the Town’s newest housing project, Legado Apartments. The design is typically referred to as a “Texas Wrap” or “Texas Donut” where the garage structure is built first, then the apartment dwellings are built on the outside of the garage, wrapping it. Now that the Legado garage core structure is complete, the construction teams are completing the garage flooring while framing crews begin building the clubhouse and apartment units. Legado’s first phase of apartments are scheduled for occupancy in fourth quarter 2024.

Legado apartments will be a gated community with a 5,000 sq ft rooftop restaurant open to the public and headed up by our region’s own Barry Barbe, electric vehicle charging stations, a pool, and 8,000 sq ft of commercial lease space on street level for businesses. Legado parking includes 124 additional public parking spaces for the Town Center. Residents will also enjoy poolside cabanas & spa, a fitness center, two turf courtyards, bbq pavilions, and a dog washing station. Features also include additional rooftop space for future solar panels, a centralized boiler system for energy efficiency and materials savings, and space to add more electric vehicle charging stations as EV charging demands rise.
